Encouraging and supportive relationships in the client\u00b4s environment also play an important role.<\/p>\n<p>I am convinced that we carry many resources within ourselves, our life stories and current contexts. These are important to master the challenges we face. However, high psychological stress or suffering can block out these internal and external resources.
